It may happen that the drying does not work. There is probably a break in the wiring, so we immediately check the contact of the controller and the wires going from it to the heating device. Perhaps the contacts need to be tightened.
How to fix error F13
If a breakdown occurs with the control board or indication, and the erroneous code appears for the first time, simply disconnect the washing machine from the electrical network. After about fifteen minutes, try turning it on again and run the program entered into memory.There is a possibility that a one-time failure occurred in the electronics of the machine, which can be removed by a normal reboot.
